Theft of Property, Assault, and DWI Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Vanessa Perez was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 12:51 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $20,000.00 bond.
  • Fernando Fernandez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, REGISTRATION INSIGNIA- WRONG VEHICLE, and MISC VPTA x3 at 10:20 p.m. Fernandez’s bond has been set at $5,542.00.

There are currently 522 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Monday, December 20, 2021:

  • Joe Medina was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:43 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Hope Cassibo was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MISC CPF x10 at 3:31 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Aaron Sullivan was arrested for MTR* AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 2:05 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Alexis Boswell was arrested for ASSAULT CASUES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 5:38 p.m. Boswell’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
  • Justin Burns was arrested for MISC FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE at 7:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Fernando Fernandez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, REGISTRATION INSIGNIA- WRONG VEHICLE, and MISC VPTA x3 at 10:20 p.m. Fernandez’s bond has been set at $5,542.00.
  • Justin Quisenberry was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 and FTSLI- UNATTENDED PARKED VEHICLE at 4:15 a.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the same day on $2,168.00 bond.
  • Johnny Carney was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 1:38 p.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Marlyn Dunlap was arrested for MTR* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT at 4:23 p.m. and was released at 8:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Vanessa Perez was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 12:51 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $20,000.00 bond.
