The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Arrika Casler was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:58 p.m. and was released at 8:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, GOB* FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE GIVE FALSE INFO, GOB* FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO, WALKING WITH TRAFFIC, GOB* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x2 at 6:40 p.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $3,392.00.
- Sir Wilson was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MISC CPF x1, and MISC FTA ON COURT DATE at 5:32 p.m. and was released at 3:58 a.m. the next day on $1,502.00 bond.
There are currently 519 inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Clinton Joiner was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULATE and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 12:40 p.m. Joiner’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Jesse Bustos was arrested for MISC COMM x3 and MISC FTA x1 at 2:52 p.m. Bustos’ bond has been set at $502.00.
- Anthony Garcia was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, GOB* FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE GIVE FALSE INFO, GOB* FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO, WALKING WITH TRAFFIC, GOB* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x2 at 6:40 p.m. Garcia’s bond has been set at $3,392.00.
- William Hoy was arrested for HARASSMENT and FTA* TERRORISTIC THREAT CAUSE FEAR OF IMMINENT SBI at 11:44 p.m. Hoy’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Shawn Costilla was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:52 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jose Villanueva was arrested for FTA* RACING ON HIGHWAY at 12:04 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day.
- Calvin Burney was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:46 a.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Michael Chappell was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and MISC COMM x5 at 12:13 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Arrika Casler was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:58 p.m. and was released at 8:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- David Torres was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:09 p.m. and was released at 11:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
