The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Xavier Hernandez was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION and MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 7:50 p.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Heather Zimmerman was arrested for ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE and ASSAULT CLASS C at 11:05 a.m. and was released at 1:13 p.m. the next day on $512.00 bond.
There are currently 542 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Eugene Leach was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:49 a.m. Leach’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Michael Noland was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, MISC CPF x1, and MISC FTA X1 at 3:46 a.m. Noland’s bond has been set at $8,002.00.
- Enoch Hernandez was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 1:43 p.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
- Michael Jones was arrested for COMM* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Xavier Hernandez was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION and MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 7:50 p.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Mike Martinez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G and MISC CPF x1 at 10:54 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Latessa Daniels was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 <1G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC CPF x5 at 11:59 p.m. Daniels’ bond has been set at$7,920.00.
- Keith Taldon was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER at 3:18 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00 bond.
- Gilbert Robledo was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 5:28 a.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Erik Spain was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 4:00 p.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Lisa Lopez was arrested for EXPIRED DL/ID and MISC VPTA x1 at 7:06 p.m. and was released at 9:28 p.m. the same day on $1,022.00 bond.
- Michael Scarbrough was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 4:42 p.m. and was released at 9:13 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
- Pravee Sae-Ung was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:26 p.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the next day on $2,500.00 bond.
- Francisco Tovar was arrested for DUTY ON STRIKING UNATTENDED VEHICLE at 9:04 p.m. and was released at 11:28 the next day on $2,000.00 bond.
- Heather Zimmerman was arrested for ASSAULT PEACE OFFICER/JUDGE and ASSAULT CLASS C at 11:05 a.m. and was released at 1:13 p.m. the next day on $512.00 bond.
