The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Shawn Moolhuysen was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPRHERNALIA at 10:23 p.m. Moolhuysen’s bond has been set at $3,162.00.
- Chi Hui Johnson was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 5:07 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
There are currently 554 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Joe Luna was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 2:18 a.m. Luna’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
- Angel Meyer was arrested for MISC CPF x2 at 11:09 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Kelly Kerr was arrested for MTR* BURGLARY OF BUILDING (FS), GOB* POSS CS PG 3 <28G, GJI* UNAUTH ABSENCE COMMUNITY CORRECTION FACILITY, and GOB* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:15 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Angela Davidson was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, VOP* THEFT PROP >=$750<$2,500, and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$750 <$2,500 at 2:48 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Kandice Roys was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 2:50 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jake Berry was arrested for J/N* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, J/N* POSS CS PG 3 <28G, and MISC CPF x6 at 2:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Briana Andros was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 5:39 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Shawn Moolhuysen was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 10:23 p.m. Moolhuysen’s bond has been set at $3,162.00.
- Natasha Green was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 12:15 a.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day on $2,000.00 bond.
- Chi Hui Johnson was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 5:07 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
- Antonio San Juan was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 12:08 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day.
- Joe Huitt was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 3 <28G at 3:37 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day.
- Thomas Lyon was arrested for THEFT PROP <$100 W/PREV CONVIC ENH IAT at 11:22 a.m. and was released at 8:58 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Dylan Hennigan was arrested for MISC CPF, MISC NO DRIVER LICENSE, MISC SPEEDING -10% OR OVER 45 MPH IN A 35 MPH ZONE, and MISC VPTA x2 at 5:03 p.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the next day on $2,268.00 bond.
- Victor San Roman was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and MISC VPTA at 7:20 p.m. and was released at 9:43 a.m. the next day on $1,632.00 bond.
