The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Robert Rodriguez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, RPR* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, FAIL TO IDENTIFY, DISORDERLY CONDUCT INDECENT EXPOSURE, WALKING WITH TRAFFIC, RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA ON COURT DATE x11 at 2:23 p.m. Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $8,172.00.
- Alexandra Galindo was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 5:07 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $30,000.00 bond.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 548 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Mona Shackelford was arrested for MTR* FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5, MTR* UNAUTHORIZED INSURANCE BUSINESS, POSS CS PG 2 <28G, and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:32 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Alejandro Lopez was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 4:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Dustin Teague was arrested for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:23 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Joel Smith was arrested for FTA* POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, IMPEDING TRAFFIC, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA x2 at 11:15 p.m. Smith’s bond has been set at $2,842.00.
- Stephanie Adams was arrested for NO DRIVER LICENSE, SPEEDING- 10% OR OVER 75 MPH IN A 65 MPH ZONE, and MISC VPTA x2 at 12:01 a.m. and was released at 3:13 a.m. the same day on $2,268.00 bond.
- Cherisa Hudson was arrested for DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR ON, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR ON, and DWLI at 3:15 a.m. and was released at 5:43 a.m. the same day.
- Carl Hamilton was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 12:11 a.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Lucas Walkner was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, NO DRIVER LICENSE, SPEEDING- 25 & OVER MPH POSTED SPEED ZONE, STOP SIGN, and MISC FTA x1 at 1:44 a.m. and was released at 9:58 a.m. the same day on $2,936.00 bond.

- Kresta Russell was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY VIOLENCE CLASS C at 8:14 p.m. and was released at 12:43 a.m. the next day on $512.00 bond.
- Alexandra Galindo was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 5:07 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $30,000.00 bond.
