Failure to Vaccinate & DWI Arrests Top Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Chase Untermeyer was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, and POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=4G<200G at 6:56 p.m. Untermeyer’s bond has been set at $41,444.00.
  • Sabrina Santiago was arrested for POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS and MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 12:10 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the next day on $250,000.00 bond.
  • Rebecca Campbell was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K, DOG, FERRET OR POT-BELLIED PIG AT LARGE, FAILURE TO VACCINATE x5, and MISC CPF x3 at 12:28 a.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day on $17,622.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 556 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

  • Kevin Hale was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:38 a.m. Hale’s bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Cynthia Andrade was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 1:26 p.m. Andrade’s bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Cody Kerr was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBE W/PREV CONV, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 6:51 p.m. Kerr’s bond has been set at $61,662.00.
  • Kristofer Murdoch was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and DEFECTIVE BRAKELIGHT 3RD at 9:36 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the next day on $1,374.00 bond.
  • Sabrina Santiago was arrested for POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS and MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 12:10 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the next day on $250,000.00 bond.
  • Rodrick Leyba-Brown was arrested for MISC INTERFERENCE WITH CHILD CUSTODY at 3:45 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $7,500.00 bond.
  • Rodolfo Cruz was arrested for GJI* INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 11:08 a.m. and was released at 3:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Gloria Pena was arrested for GJI* TAMPER W/GOVERN RECORD DEFRAUD/HARM at 10:51 a.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Tonya Appo was arrested for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 10:02 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Max Cortez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 9:18 a.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Saturday, December 4, 2021:

  • Javier Martinez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 12:39 a.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Derrick Styles was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 2:19 a.m. Styles’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Robert Smith was arrested for DRIVING HWILE INTOXICATED at 2:47 a.m. Smith’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Aaron Sullivan was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:25 a.m. Sullivan’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Kahlan Dietz was arrested for PURCHASE/FURNISH ALCOHOL TO A MINOR at 3:35 a.m. Dietz’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Layla Reese was arrested for VOP* EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 12:04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Debra Netherton was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 4:14 p.m. Netherton’s bond has been set at $6,000.00.
  • Kevin Holmstrom was arrested for MISC CPF x4 at 9:29 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Garrett Hall was arrested for UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 9:38 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ezequiel Azmitia-Jimenez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 1 >-=400G, and POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G at 9:45 p.m. Azmitia-Jimenez’s bond has been set at $81,000.00.
  • Matthew Juan was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=400G, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, and POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G at 10:10 p.m. Juan’s bond has been set at $96,000.00.
  • Cruz Montes was arrested for CRMIINAL TRESPASS at 10:38 p.m. Montes’ bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Brandon Falkner was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:16 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Michael Roach was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DWLI, NO DL, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, SPEEDING – 10% OR OVER 79 MPH IN A 65 MPH ZONE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA and MISC VPTA x4 at 8:43 p.m. and was released at 11:28 p.m. the same day on $6,658.00 bond.
  • Vicente Pineda was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 8:50 p.m. and was released at 9:13 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
  • David Wiseman was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:44 p.m. and was released at 9:28 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.

  • Corey Mitchell was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G at 3:09 p.m. and was released at 5:43 p.m. the next day on $15,000.00 bond.
