Lewd Acts with a Child and Fentanyl Possession Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Raymond Acosta was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 8:45 p.m. Acosta’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
  • Chadrick Chappell was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 1:14 a.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. Chappell’s bond has been set at $15,662.00 bond.

There are currently 557 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, November 30, 2021:

  • Stephanie Valdez was arrested for GOB* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, IBC ($25.01-$50), IBC ($50.01-$100), and MISC CPF x3 at 12:26 a.m. Valdez’s bond has been set at $5,164.00.
  • Calixto Garcia was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 9:00 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Clifton Hoyt was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 1:13 p.m. Hoyt’s bond has been set at $1,662.00.
  • Chad Fulfs was arrested for MISC CPF x3 and MISC FTA at 1:43 p.m. Fulfs’ bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Grayce Cozart was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 5:52 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Raymond Acosta was arrested for AGG SEXUAL ASSAULT CHILD at 8:45 p.m. Acosta’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
  • Dylan Esquivel was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 10:06 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Chadrick Chappell was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 1:14 a.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. Chappell’s bond has been set at $15,662.00 bond.
  • Deborah Barrera was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 11:54 a.m. and was released at 3:43 p.m. the same day.
  • Jaclynn Chappell was arrested for POSS CS PG 1/1-B >=1G<4G and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 1:27 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day on $15,662.00 bond.
  • Aaron Conn was arrested for MISC FAIL TO DISPLAY DRIVER LICENSE, MISC SPEEDING 15-24 MPH OVER POSTED SPEED ZONE, and MISC VPTA x2 at 10:29 a.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same dya on $2,502.00 bond.
  • Suelian Trinidad-Ortiz was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 6:40 p.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day.
  • Xzavier Talamantez was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C and PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 10:48 p.m. and was released at 8:43 a.m. the next day on $974.00 bond.
