The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Erika Fuller was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 5:51 p.m. Fuller’s bond has been set at $1,662.00.
- Justin Cuellar was arrested for ARSON INTEND DAMAGE HABITAT/PLACE OF WORSHIP and ARSON at 2:23 a.m. Cueller’s bond has been set at $750,000.00.
There are currently 564 inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Laron Agent was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 2:07 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Ismael Sosa was arrested for GOB* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 3:39 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Erika Fuller was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 5:51 p.m. Fuller’s bond has been set at $1,662.00.
- Calixto Rosa was arrested for DEFECTIVE BRAKE LIGHT at 9:02 p.m. Rosa’s bond has been set at $374.00.
- Christopher Fetzner was arrested for MTR* THEFT OF FIREARM, ISSUANCE OF BAD CHECK, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x1 at 9:09 p.m. Fetzner’s bond has been set at $7,755.08.
- Dyllan Speller was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, FTSLI AND RENDER AID, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA x2 at 10:56 p.m. Speller’s bond has been set at $12,434.00.
- Ebert Rojas was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 3:01 p.m. and was released at 11:43 a.m. the next day on $2,500.00 bond.
