The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Carlos Encinas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 <1G at 1:06 a.m. Encinas’ bond has been set at $8,500.00.
- Monica Hogeda was arrested for MISC DOC- ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, MISC FTA x5, MISC PARENT CONTRIBUTING TO NON-ATTENDANCE at 4:27 p.m. Hogeda’s bond has been set at $3,494.00 bond.

There are currently 559 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Joe Flores was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 11:37 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Monica Hogeda was arrested for MISC DOC- ABUSIVE LANGUAGE, MISC FTA x5, MISC PARENT CONTRIBUTING TO NON-ATTENDANCE at 4:27 p.m. Hogeda’s bond has been set at $3,494.00 bond.
- Jesse Hernandez was arrested for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >-$100<$7500 and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 7:36 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Samantha Allen was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 2:08 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
