"Monica Hogeda was arrested for MISC DOC- ABUSIVE LANGUAGE"

Yet republicans claim Texas is all about "freedom" and claim they want government out of their lives.

Yet here they are punishing people for words. Figures.

This sounds exactly like the "nanny state" that republicans claim to be against, it really is ridiculous how hypocritical republicans are.

The first amendment gives us the right to say whatever we want, whenever we want, to whomever we want. This arrest is clearly a violation of rights by someone acting under color of law and most definitely not upholding their sworn oath to protect and defend the constitution. We don't need cops that can't handle hurtful words and lock people up behind their damaged egos. Go find yourself a safe space tyrant.

Are you calling me a "tyrant"? Because I agree with you, it's the republicans who run this state, and cops in general, who are the "tyrants". You might want to go back and reread my post.
