AUSTIN, TX – A fight at a 1950s style diner in Austin between a food delivery driver and a parking attendant ended with a man named Lucifer being stabbed to death.
According to the Austin Police Department, on Oct. 31 at around 11:20 a.m., officers with the APD were dispatched to the W Oltorf St. and S 1st St., Phoebe's Diner, for the report of a stabbing.
When the officers arrived, they discovered a man with obvious stab wounds in the parking lot of the 50s style restaurant. He was immediately taken to St. David's South Austin Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
Police have identified the man as 52-year-old Lucifer Devil Divinitas of Austin. Lucifer was allegedly in the parking lot of the restaurant for his job as a food delivery driver. While in the parking lot an altercation between Lucifer and a parking lot attendant broke out.
The fight ended with Lucifer being stabbed multiple times. Austin Police have not confirmed if anyone was arrested for the stabbing but has said that a homicide detective has interviewed the parking attendant.
