High School Student Arrested After Making Threats On Social Media

 

CLYDE, TX –– A high school student is facing serious charges after making threats on social media. The threats were reported by staff at Clyde High School.

According to the Clyde Police Department, the teen made the threats earlier this week.

The teen was arrested at his home on Monday afternoon and booked into the Taylor County Juvenile Detention Center.

According to CPD, the preliminary investigation determined students and staff were not in any immediate danger.

Due to the suspect being a juvenile, no additional information will be released at this time.
