Alleged Perv Arrested For Uploading Illicit Content

ABILENE, TX –– The Abilene Police Department arrested a suspect accused of uploading child pornography to a social media platform recently.

According to authorities, John Douty admitted to belonging to groups where the illicit content was shared and to sharing videos and images himself in other online groups.

Douty has been charged with possession of child pornography with intent to promote child porn. The victims' ages ranged from infants to 13-year-old.

Douty was booked into the Taylor County Jail and his bond was set at $50,000.
