The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Christina Perez was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x1, and MISC FTA x3 at 2:38 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the same day on $5,544.00 bond.
- Julian Gandar was arrested for COMM* HINDER APPREHENSION OR PROSECUTION KNOWN FELON at 4:18 p.m. and no bond has been set.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 545 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Laetitia Kemp was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1<1G and VOP* INTERFER W/EMGERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 2:43 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Javier Gaytan was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 10:00 a.m. Gatyan’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Jesse Cochran was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 10:36 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jimmy Garcia was arrested for COMM* THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 2:45 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Julian Gandar was arrested for COMM* HINDER APPREHENSION OR PROSECUTION KNOWN FELON at 4:18 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Ricardo Diaz was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EXPIRED DRIVER LICENSE/IDENTIFICATION, MISC EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, MISC FAIL TO DISPLAY DRIVER LICENSE, MISC FAIL TO YEILD RIGHT OF WAY ONCOMING TRAFFIC, and MISC VPTA x4 at 4:50 p.m. Diaz’s bond has been set at $4,662.00.
- Todd O’Neil was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC CPF x1, and MISC VPTA x2 at 7:31 p.m. O’Neil’s bond has been set at $12,672.00.
- Timothy Michalewicz was arrested for GOB* UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE at 8:05 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Briana Hilario was arrested for FTA* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, FTA* BAIL JUMPING AND FAIL TO APPEAR, and MISC FTA8 FAILURE TO APPEAR at 9:53 p.m. Hilario’s bond has been set at $135,000.00.
- Joann Contreras was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 12:18 a.m. and was released at 1:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Moses Carrillo was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 1:47 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
- Christina Perez was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER IN VEHICLE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x1, and MISC FTA x3 at 2:38 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the same day on $5,544.00 bond.
