The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Alfredo Chavez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, ALCOHOL- MINOR IN POSSSESSION, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DET W/ PREV CONVICTION, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and DEADLY CONDUCT DISCHARGE FIREARM at 4:58 a.m. Chavez’s bond has been set at $46,442.00.
- Martin Nieto was arrested for THEFT OF FIREARM and MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 10:17 a.m. Nieto’s bond has been set at $60,000.00.
- Mira Torres was arrested for GJI* THEFT PROP >=$150K<$300K at 11:41 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 543 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight. Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

- Martin Nieto was arrested for THEFT OF FIREARM and MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 10:17 a.m. Nieto’s bond has been set at $60,000.00.
- Brandy Braden was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFIYING INFO # OF ITEMS 50 OR MORE at 10:17 a.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jose Carrizales was arrested for GJI* ASSAULT OF PREGNANT PERSON at 1:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Christopher Parsons was arrested for INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT BODILY INJ at 2:49 p.m. Parsons’ bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Miguel Galvan was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Terry Neece was arrested for RMR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, and RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 4:01 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Lydia Westmoreland was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 4:38 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Shawn Sheffield was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 6:17 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Adam Riojas was arrested for OBSTRUCT HIGHWAY PASSAGEWAY and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 11:16 p.m. Riojas’ bond has been set at $1,162.00.
- Amanda Bye was arrested for RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, MISC CPF x13, and MISC FTA x1 at 11:59 p.m. Bye’s bond has been set at $502.00.
- Miguel Covarrubias was arrested for ALCOHOL- MINOR IN POSSESSION, ALCOHOL- DUI, and FTYROW TO EMGERGENCY VEHICLE at 5:16 a.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the same day on $1,486.00 bond.
- Johnny Hawkins was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$750<$2,500 at 9:46 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day.
- Mira Torres was arrested for GJI* THEFT PROP >=$150K<$300K at 11:41 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day.
- Jason Marcum was arrested for VOP* BURGLARY OF VEHICLES and VOP* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 2:26 p.m. and was released at 3:28 p.m. the same day.
- Anthony Juarez was arrested for J/N* THEFT PROP <$1,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, J/N* MAN DEL 1 >=4G<200G, and BAIL JUMPING AND FAIL TO APPEAR FELONY at 11:53 a.m. and was released at 7:28 p.m. the same day.
- Sean Hennigan was arrested for CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 6:38 p.m. and was released at 8:43 p.m. the same day.
- Efren Cadena was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 10:44 p.m. and was released at 12:28 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
