Fraud & Weed Possession Top Wednesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

There are currently 560 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.  Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond. 

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Wednesday, September 15, 2021:

  • Dylan McClelland was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA x2, and MISC CPF x1 at 1:16 a.m. McClelland’s bond has been set at $9,164.00.
  • Leslie Pacheco was arrested for BURGLARY OF VEHICLES, CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE ELDERLY, and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750 at 12:13 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Sandy Hernandez was arrested for GOB* MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 12:23 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Blayne Perdue was arrested for MISC CPF x6 at 12:27 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Levi Rosser was arrested for EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH at 12:38 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Daniel Aguilar-Moreno was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5, and UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON at 12:55 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Richard Castillo was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, and GOB* EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH at 1:33 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Corey Scott was jailed after pleading guilty to ONLINE SOLICT OF A MINOR at 2:05 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Juliana Antu was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and RPR* DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O FIN RES at 2:50 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Marqus Hardy was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, THEFT CLASS C, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO, EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION, FAIL TO CONTROL SPEED—COLLISON W/PERSON OR VEHICLE, NO DRIVER LICENSE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA x5 at 5:17 p.m. Hardy’s bond has been set at $6,352.00.
  • Johnny Balderas was arrested for HARASSMENT at 7:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • April Sanchez was arrested for MISC CPF x2 at 9:54 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Abigale Soto was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:29 a.m. and was released at 8:28 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Oscar Cantu was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 1:40 a.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Fernando Martinez was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >=400G at 11:52 a.m. and was released at 2:58 p.m. the same day on $15,000.00 bond.
  • Sabrina Medina was arrested for RPR* POSS MARIJ <2OZ and RPR* CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:09 p.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day.
  • Lonnie Haley was arrested for LITTERING at 11:26 a.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day on $242.00 bond.
  • Joshua Delacerda was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 4:26 p.m. and was released at 8:43 p.m. the same day.
