Theft and Family Assaults Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Kimberly White was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K at 3:08 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Bryan Spencer was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 1:15 p.m. Spencer’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Trelbus Hail was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K at 3:15 p.m. Hail’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 503 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, August 17, 2021:

  • Tanya Sparks was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:45 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Maria Rodriguez was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >-4G<200G and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 7:20 a.m. Rodriguez’s bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Robert Schmidt was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:09 a.m. Schmidt’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Hunter Higgins was arrested for MISC FTA x1, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC NO SIGNAL OF INTENT 100 OF TURN, MISC POSS/DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA x2, and MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 11:49 a.m. Higgins’ bond has been set at $3,806.80.
  • Bryan Spencer was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 1:15 p.m. Spencer’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Kimberly White was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K at 3:08 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Stephanie Garcia was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:09 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Trelbus Hail was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$2,500<$30K at 3:15 p.m. Hail’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
  • Alonzo Castaneda was arrested for MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 4:36 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Edward Best was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G and COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G at 5:34 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Hector Rios was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and ASSAULT FAM/HOUSE MEM IMPEDE BREATH/CIRCULATE at 8:35 p.m. Rios’ bond has been set at $12,500.00.
  • Santiago Villegas was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 8:58 p.m. Villegas’ bond has been set at $1,392.00.
  • Adam Torres was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:34 a.m. and was released at 10:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Christopher Capuchino was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 2:11 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Kimberly Ybarra was arrested for MISC CONTEMPT OF COURT and MISC CPF x2 at 4:36 a.m. and was released at 12:13 a.m. the next day on $300.00 bond.
