Midland Man Added To Texas Most Wanted List

 

MIDLAND, TX –– The Department of Public Safety has added a Midland native to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List after he violated his parole.

According to DPS, 39-year-old Joshua Dee Daniels is wanted for sexual assault and parole violation. Daniels has also been previously convicted on eleven counts of burglary of a habitation, engaging in criminal activity, and assaulting a public servant. He has been wanted for violating his parole back in 2020.

Daniels is 5' 9" and weighs approximately 175 pounds. He has multiple tattoos on his face and body.

According to DPS, Daniels has ties to Central Texas, Burnet County, and Aransas Pass/Rockport area

A $7,500 cash reward is being offered to anyone that can provide information that can lead to Daniel's arresst.

To be eligible for the cash rewards, tipsters MUST provide information to authorities using one of the three following methods:

  • Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
  • Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, then clicking on the link under their picture.
  • Submit a Facebook tip by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).
