Driving Infractions and Arrests Assault Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Adam Suniga was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY at 1:51 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Venetia Young was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 12:20 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ariana Ruiz was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, RPR* DISPLAY FICTITIOUS LICENSE PLATE, CLB, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, NO DRIVER LICENSE, and MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 11:33 a.m. Ruiz’s bond has been set at $1,066.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 498 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Monday, August 9, 2021:

  • Jason Herrera was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:11 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ariana Ruiz was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, RPR* DISPLAY FICTITIOUS LICENSE PLATE, CLB, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, NO DRIVER LICENSE, and MISC FAIL TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 11:33 a.m. Ruiz’s bond has been set at $1,066.00.
  • Venetia Young was arrested for VOP* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 12:20 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Fulton was arrested for LICENSE PLATES- OPERATING VEHICLE W/ WRONG LICENSE PLATE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, SPEEDING- 15-24 MPH OVER POSTED SPEED ZONE 59 MPH IN A 40 MPH ZONE, SUNSCREEN NO APPROVED BY DPS, MISC CPF x4, and MISC VPTA x4 at 4:42 p.m. Fulton’s bond has been set at $5,080.00.
  • Kevon Yates was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO at 4:51 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Maria Salazar was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 4:35 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Adam Suniga was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY at 1:51 p.m. and was released at 5:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Tonny Duarte was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:01 a.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Troy McAllister was arrested for WALKING WITH TRAFFIC at 4:36 p.m. and was released at 7:58 p.m. the same day on $264.00 bond.
  • Emilio Vallejo was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >-1G<4G and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:00 a.m. and was released at 10:13 a.m. the next day on $11,000.00 bond.
