Lubbock Perv Receives Long Prison Sentence for Sharing Child Images on Facebook

 

LUBBOCK.TX – A Lubbock man has been sentence for receiving and distributing child pornography.

Indicted back in November by a Lubbock County grand jury, Charles Milford Holloway, 37, has finally been sentenced to almost 18 years in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

According to court documents, on May 29, 2020 the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children received a tip from saying that someone was using Facebook messenger account associated with Holloway had uploaded videos of child pornography.

Lubbock Police reviewed the images, determined that they were lewd images and a child, and obtained a subpoena for the IP address. It was found that Holloway was using the IP address then the obscene material was uploaded.

LPD then obtained a search warrant to search Holloway's phone and found over 150 images and several videos of child pornography.

Holloway will serve 212 months in federal prison then serve 10 years supervised release and will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
