Assault, Public Intoxication and DWI Arrests Top Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Elvira Reyes was arrested for AGG ASSAULT CAUSES SERIOUS BODILY INJ and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 7:52 p.m. Reyes’ bond has been set at $210,000.00.
  • Devon Fox was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, MISC CPF x4, and MISC VPTA x1 at 8:47 p.m. Fox’s bond has been set at $1,632.00.
  • Justin Blanton was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 12:35 a.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 513 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Friday, July 23, 2021:

  • Kaleb Castleberry was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MISC COMM x5 at 1:47 a.m. Castleberry’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • April White was arrested for TAMPER W/GOVERNMENT RECORD and MISC CPF x3 at 3:58 a.m. White’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Felipe Escamilla was arrested for COMM* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 12:20 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Monica Cervantes was arrested for VOP* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT at 2:04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Vanessa Zuniga was arrested for COMM* BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2) at 3:24 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Levi Chaparro was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 3:26 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Justin Woods was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 4:00 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Bradey Campbell was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 9:32 p.m. Campbell’s bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Kandice Roys was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:14 p.m. Roys’ bond has been set at $1,500.00.
  • Walter Shoemaker was arrested for VOP* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:26 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Chelsea Daniel was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 11:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Cierra Banks was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 9:12 p.m. and was released at 1:58 p.m. the next day on $1,500.00.
  • Anthony Cobb was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$750<$2,500, FRAUD DESTROY REMOVAL CONCEALMENT WRITING, and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 6:42 p.m. and was released at 4:58 p.m. the next day on $10,000.00 bond.
  • Patrick Albarado was arrested for REGISTRATION -EXPIRED at 9:45 p.m. and was released at 11:13 p.m. the same day on $332.00 bond.
  • Anthony Padilla was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 5:35 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Frederick Green was arrested for VIOL BOND/PROTECTIVE ORDER at 4:42 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Gavin Teague was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED and RECKLESS DRIVING at 3:09 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $1,500.00 bond.
  • Kenneth Phillips was arrested for UNL CARRYING WEAPON and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 12:11 a.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the same day on $2,000.00 bond.
  • Joshua Clark was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:40 p.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the same day.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Saturday, 24, 2021:

  • Randall Bilbrey was arrested for FTA* ACCIDENT INVOLVING DAMAGE TO VEHICLE >=$200 at 11:48 a.m. Bilbrey’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • Kayla Watson was arrested for THEFT CLASS C and MISC CPF x4 at 2:10 p.m. Watson’s bond has been set at $444.00.
  • Richard Valenzuela was arrested for GJI* THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV at 7:33 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Elvira Reyes was arrested for AGG ASSAULT CAUSES SERIOUS BODILY INJ and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 7:52 p.m. Reyes’ bond has been set at $210,000.00.
  • Devon Fox was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY- SUBSEQUENT, MISC CPF x4, and MISC VPTA x1 at 8:47 p.m. Fox’s bond has been set at $1,632.00.
  • Francisco Perez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED >=0.15 at 3:22 a.m. and was released at 1:58 p.m. the same day on $5,000.00 bond.
  • Shannette Walker was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:45 a.m. and was released at 1:58 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Samantha Asebedo was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, and FAILURE TO STOP AND LEAVE INFORMATION- UNATTENDED/PARKED VEHICLE at 2:30 a.m. and was released at 2:13 p.m. the same day on $8,168.00 bond.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Sunday, July 25, 2021:

  • Ruben Galvan was arrested for DWLI, MISC CPF x2, and MISC FTA x1 at 1:06 a.m. Galvan’s bond has been set at $1,192.00.
  • Aubrey Carrillo was arrested for NO DRIVER LICENSE, NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, STOP SIGN, MISC CPF x2, and MISC VPTA x2 at 5:13 a.m. Carrillo’s bond has been set at $2,994.00.
  • Brandon Shannon was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, POSS CS PG 2 >=4G<400G, and DWLI at 5:32 a.m. Shannon’s bond has been set at $151,690.00.
  • Miguel Murcia was arrested for GOB* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, GJI* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC CPF x3 at 4:54 p.m. Murica’s bond has been set at $420.00.
  • Tyler Grothe was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and INTERFER W/EMERGENCY REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE at 5:00 p.m. Grothe’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
  • David Hampton was arrested for NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and MISC VPTA x1 at 2:20 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $1,282.00 bond.
  • Shawn Young was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 4:51 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $462.00 bond.
  • Jason Uranga was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED BAC >=0.15 at 4:08 a.m. and was released at 1:13 p.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Justin Blanton was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJ at 12:35 a.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Leroy Torres was arrested for GOB* THEFT OF FIREARM, GOB* MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, and FAIL TO IDENTIFY GIVING FALSE/FICTITIOUS INFO at 2:40 p.m. and was released at 10:28 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Rodrigo Salazar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 8:57 p.m. and was released at 12:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Karim Larios-Vargas was arrested for RECKLESS DRIVING at 9:32 p.m. and was released at 12:13 a.m. the next day on $2,500.00 bond.
