The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Arthur Goodloe was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT at 12:56 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the next day on $100,000.00 bond.
- Bianca Esquivel was arrested for MTR* INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT SBI/MENTAL and MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 10:50 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Gabriel Flores was arrested for ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 1:28 a.m. Flores’ bond has been set at $10,000.00.

- Michael Peters was arrested for MTR* TERRORISTIC THREAT OF FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD and MTR* EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 5:32 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Gabriel Dominguez was arrested for GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 6:32 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Robert Schmidt was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 7:40 p.m. Schmidt’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Briana Hawkins was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 8:43 p.m. Hawkins’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Bianca Esquivel was arrested for MTR* INJURY CHILD/ELDERLY/DISABLE W/INT SBI/MENTAL and MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 10:50 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jaden Rios was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION, UNL CARRYING WEAPON, and MISC CPF x5 at 11:11 p.m. Rios’ bond has been set at $1,000.00.
- Peyton Coleman was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 12:49 p.m. and was released at 4:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Daniel Gamez was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 2:13 a.m. and was released at 8:13 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Ariel Gonzales was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCH CONTAINER at 7:50 p.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day.
- Qiumin Xie was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 10:43 p.m. and was released at 3:13 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Xiujie Wang was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 10:53 p.m. and was released at 3:13 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Arthur Goodloe was arrested for SEXUAL ASSAULT at 12:56 a.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the next day on $100,000.00 bond.
