SNYDER, TX – Last Thursday police located the body of 38-year-old Norris Lee Williams inside his apartment in Snyder, TX. Now, police have identified two suspects believed to be involved in the incident.
According to the Snyder Police Department, murder warrants have been issued for Donald Earl Emerson and Misty Ann Parham.
Emerson is 40-years-old, 6' 0", and approximately 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
Parham is 28-years-old, 5' 3", and approximately 140 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
