Dangerous Penny Tap House Fugitive Murder Suspect Arrested

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Police Department has confirmed Jose Angel Trevino has been arrested. Trevino was wanted in connection to the murder of Jason Garivay.

According to SAPD, the department received information that Trevino may be located in the area of Baytown, TX.

With assistance from the Baytown Police Department, Trevino was apprehended while entering a store in the city at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Trevino was arrested without incident and booked into the Baytown Municipal Jail.

At this time Trevino has not been booked into the Tom Green County Jail.
