Alleged Peeping Tom Caught in the Act Shot Three Times

HOUSTON, TX – A peeping tom is in stable condition after being shot by an angry father in Houston over the weekend.

According to Harris County Sheriff's deputies, an intoxicated man was inappropriately touching himself outside a little girl's window Sunday night. He was confronted by her armed parents after she noticed the man and screamed.

The parents, who both have their license to carry a handgun, demanded the man lie on the ground but he did not comply and walked to the gas station across the street.

The couple followed and the mother held the man outside and the father went inside the gas station to call the police.

The man wrestled the gun away from the mother and pointed it at her. The father saw this and in fear of his wife’s safety, shot the man three times.

The man was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

According to the father, his daughter had complained about someone watching her through the window in the past but they did not believe her.
