The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Cassandra Ramirez was arrested for RPR* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, RPR* POSS CS PG 3 <28G, PARENT CONTRIBUTING TO NON-ATTENDANCE AT SAISD x2, and MISC CPF x7 at 8:23 p.m. Ramirez’s bond has been set at $1,144.00.
- Monica Cortez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 9:35 p.m. Cortez’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Richard Boyd was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2), GOB* BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2), and GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 6:29 p.m. Boyd’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 488 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

- Robert Moore was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 4:22 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Richard Boyd was arrested for BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2), GOB* BURGLARY OF HABITATION (F2), and GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 6:29 p.m. Boyd’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
- Paul Zuniga was arrested for VIO PROTECT ORDER BIAS/PREJUDICE at 7:48 p.m. Zuniga’s bond has been set at $5,000.00.
- Lonnie Haley was arrested for OBSTRUCT HIGHWAY PASSAGEWAY at 7:54 p.m. Haley’s bond has been set at $500.00.
- Joel Delacruz was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION, MISC CPF x6, and MISC FTA x2 at 8:09 p.m. Delacruz’s bond has been set at $2,028.00.
- Cassandra Ramirez was arrested for RPR* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750, RPR* POSS CS PG 3 <28G, PARENT CONTRIBUTING TO NON-ATTENDANCE AT SAISD x2, and MISC CPF x7 at 8:23 p.m. Ramirez’s bond has been set at $1,144.00.

- Jeremy Caudle was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEH OR WATERCRAFT at 9:47 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Phillip Courtney was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:04 p.m. Courtney’s bond has been set $2,500.00.
- Saul Lopez Jr. was arrested for DUI-MINOR at 3:45 a.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the same day on $524.00 bond.
- Gilberto Gutierrrez was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:28 a.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the same day on $1,124.00 bond.
- Chad Fulfs was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION and MISC FTA x1 at 7:32 a.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day on $1,064.00.
- Armando Cantu was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 3:40 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
