57-year-old San Angeloan Caught in Online Solicitation Sting

SAN ANGELO, TX – Texas DPS Special Agents took down an online predator in San Angelo on Friday.

According to court documents, on June 11, a Special Agent with the Texas Department of Public Safety was conducting an online solicitation investigation in Tom Green County.

During the investigation the agent set up an undercover profile on a popular social media site in attempt to catch child predators.

At one point a profile title "Sir" came into contact with the undercover profile that was pretending to be a minor. During the conversation "Sir" expressed that he wanted to engage in sexual contact with the 'minor.'

"Sir" then set up a place and time to meet up to have sex. When "Sir" arrived he was met by troopers of the DPS. He was then identified as Curtis Max Feuge, 57, of San Angelo.

Fuege was interviewed by the troopers and admitted that he intended to meet the minor for the purpose of engaging in sexual contact.

The affidavit finished by stating that the felony was enhanced since he knew the alleged minor was under 14 years of age.
