Police Searching for Missing Eccentric Panhandler

ABILENE, TX – The Abilene Police Department is asking the public's help to locate a missing 53-year-old eccentric panhandler.

According to APD, Russell McCoy was last seen on Thursday, June 3rd at approximately 10:30 a.m. on the 900 block of S. LaSalle Dr.

McCoy is described as a white male that is  5'6" tall, and approximately 145 lbs. He has brown eyes and black/gray hair that is balding on top. 

Police believe he may be wearing glasses and blue jeans with a tank top. McCoy was routinely seen riding a purple bicycle and panhandling around Abilene.
