San Angelo Man Indicted for Manufacture/Delivery of Meth

 

SAN ANGELO,TX- Montie Dwayne Fisher has been indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury in May for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance =4G<200G.

A search warrant was issued by a District Court Judge for the business.

According to court documents, on January 27th, 2021, a consent search of “Fisher Rig Works” located at 10198 U.S. Highway 87 North. During this search, a controlled substance was found inside the office of the business.

Law enforcement agencies executed the search warrant and during the search methamphetamine was discovered in an amount over 4 grams but less than 200 grams along with digital scales, packing bags, cell phones, and illegal firearms. 

The methamphetamine was packaged into baggies of varying sizes.

Fisher admitted to living at the residence as well as owning the business and the desk in which the meth was found.

Fisher was booked on January 27th, 2021 and was released on January 30th, 2021 on $175,000.00 bond.
