The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Mark Rojas was arrested for POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS, POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, POSS CS PG 3 <28G, and POSS CS PG 4 >=200G<400G at 10:38 p.m. Rojas’ bond has been set at $78,500.00.
- Krystianna Ratcliffe was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA at 9:08 p.m. Ratcliffe’s bond has been set at $9,590.00.
- Estevan Salazar was arrested for J/N* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS CS PG >=4G<200G at 11:31 a.m. Salazar’s bond has been set at $30,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 490 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Thursday morning.

- Jessica Bowes was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED W/CHILD UNDER 15 YOA at 4:46 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Allyson Fly was arrested for POSS MARIJ >2OZ<4OZ and MAN DEL CS PG 2 OR 2-A >=400G at 4:56 p.m. Fly’s bond has been set at $51,000.00.
- Jared McGuffin was arrested for POSS MARIJ >2OZ<=4OZ and MAN DEL CS PG2 OR 2-A >=400G at 4:57 p.m. MuGuffin’s bond has been set at $51,000.00.
- Nolan Scrogum was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 and CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE at 8:01 p.m. Scrogum’s bond has been set at $10,000.00.
- Michael Smith was arrested for HARASSMENT at 8:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jose Espinosa was arrested for MISC CPF x2, MISC FTA, adn MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 8:34 p.m. Espinosa’s bond has been set at $502.00.
- Krystianna Ratcliffe was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA at 9:08 p.m. Ratcliffe’s bond has been set at $9,590.00.

- Nathan Rodriguez was arrested for POSS CS PG 3 <28G, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, and POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 7:28 p.m. and was released at 12:13 p.m. the next day on $2,124.00 bond.
