The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Craig Funk was arrested for ASSAULT OF A PREGNANT PERSON at 11:57 p.m. Funk’s bond has been set at $25,000.00.
- David Martinez was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, and ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 11:40 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Rey Ortiz-Arzola was arrested for GJI* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT, GJI* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT, and MISC BENCH WARRANT at 6:58 p.m. Ortiz-Arzola’s bond has been set at $130,000.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 490 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Rey Ortiz-Arzola was arrested for GJI* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT, GJI* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT, and MISC BENCH WARRANT at 6:58 p.m. Ortiz-Arzola’s bond has been set at $130,000.00.
- Adam Haro was arrested for RPR* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, RPR* CRIMINAL MISCHIEF >=$100<$750, RPR* CRIM TRESPASS HABIT/SHLTR/SUPRFUND/INFSTRT, MISC CPF x1, and MISC FTA at 8:42 p.m. Haro’s bond has been set at $502.00.
- Juan Aguliar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:03 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jeremy Owens was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 10:46 p.m. Owen’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Michael Fulton was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 10:53 p.m. Fulton’s bond has been set at $8,000.00.
- David Martinez was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, and ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 11:40 p.m. and no bond has been set.
