SWEETWATER, TX – Eight men have been arrested after a multi-agency task worked to identify sexual predators who were attempting to prey on children in the community.
According to the Sweetwater Police Department, the task force has completed at least eight arrests of men accused of online solicitation of a minor.
The following suspects have been identified:
- Anthony Ray Castor, 45, of Sweetwater
- Brian Curtis Burton, 36, of Abilene
- Danial Ochoa, 20, of Killeen
- Israel Rivas Jr., 29, of Rotan
- Joefry Ybanez Berdon, 35, of Sweetwater
- Jose Luis Mireles, 32, of Sweetwater
- Jose Robert Hernandez, 30, of Sweetwater
- Thomas William Harviel, 35, of Sweetwater
According to law enforcement, more arrests are expected.
