SWEETWATER, TX – The man shot by police Thursday has finally be located and taken to the hospital.
According to the Sweetwater Police Department, on Apr. 14, James Hearin, 41, of Sweetwater was taken into custody following a second vehicle chase.
The chase began in Sweetwater after Hearin ran from a traffic stop. During the stop Hearin attempted to run over officers and was shot multiple times.
Hearin then went on Facebook Live and showed his followers what looked to be his final moments. For the video click here. Warning the video is extremely graphic.
It was actually not his final moments as Mitchell County deputies found Hearin before he bled out. Before they could arrest him though, Hearin led the deputies on another chase. He was eventually stopped and taken into custody.
The Texas Rangers have been called into investigate the incident. Hearin confirmed in his video that he was aware he had a parole warrant and claimed "he wasn't going back."
He will now be going back to prison with bullet holes and additional charges.

Faking the video that he's about to take his last breath with his poor pitiful me speech yet he's got plenty of life left in him to run a second time..... They should have shot him up a second time too just to make the playing field fair..... Enjoy prison you goober and say Hi to Bubba as he lays behind you enjoying his new wife..... LMAO
