DWI and Vehicular Assault Arrests Top Thursday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Westley Yelinek was arrested for MISC FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE at 5:08 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Acosta was arrested for INTOXICATION ASSAULT W/VEHICLE SBI at 2:50 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day on $10,000.00 bond.
  • Matthew Monreal was arrested for MTR CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 3:54 p.m. and no bond has been set.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 496 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Friday morning.

  • Elsa Tapia was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:37 a.m. Tapia’s bond has been set at $8,162.00.
  • Tenny Arredondo was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT TO IMPAIR, and POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:43 a.m. Arredondo’s bond has been set at $20,662.00.
  • Westley Yelinek was arrested for MISC FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE at 5:08 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • William Baskin was arrested for THEFT OF PROP >=$100<$750, MISC DOG, FERRET OR POT BELLIED PIG AT LARGE, MISC FAILURE TO MICROCHIP, MISC FAILURE TO SPAY/NEUTER, MISC FAILURE TO VACCINATE, and MISC FTA at 12:22 p.m. Baskin’s bond has been set at $5,872.00.
  • Epifanio Salas was arrested for COMM* POSS CS PG 1 =1G<4G at 3:25 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Timothy Harper was arrested for MISC BENCH WARRANT at 3:45 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Matthew Monreal was arrested for MTR CONTINUOUS VIOLENCE AGAINST THE FAMILY at 3:54 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ashley Holcomb was arrested for VOP* BURGLARY OF VEHICLE at 8:57 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ross Robertson was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 10:46 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Josiah Najar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 11:12 p.m. Najar’s bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Geneva Aguilar was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 11:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Blair Beeson was arrested for DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE/MINOR at 1:34 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $524.00 bond.
  • Mosa Shackelford was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 3:12 a.m. and was released at 7:58 a.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.

  • Hector Arroyo was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and DWLI at 2:32 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $8,190.00 bond.
  • Faylin Bell was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 1:49 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $11,000.00 bond.
  • Katherine McManus was arrested for NO DRIVER LICENSE, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, MISC FTA X2, and MISC VPTA X1 at 6:16 p.m. and was released at 8:13 p.m. the same day on $3,668.00 bond.
  • Cedric Fields was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 6:34 p.m. and was released at 8:13 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Justin Delarosa was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 6:37 p.m. and was released at 8:13 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
