Murder, Lewd Acts, and Family Violence Arrests Top Easter Weekend Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Ian Smith was arrested for MURDER at 8:44 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Lionel Munoz was arrested for GOB* AGG KIDNAPPING BI/SEXUAL ABUSE, GOB* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, GOB* EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH, UNL POSS FIREARM BY FELON, and POSS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 10:20 p.m. Munoz’s bond has been set at $662.00.
  • Jesus Martinez was arrested for GJI* INDECENCY W/CHILD SEXUAL CONTACT and DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 1:47 a.m. and was released at 12:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 506 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Monday morning.

  • Ricardo Balderas was arrested for COMM* POSS MARIJ >=4OZ<=5LBS and COMM* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 5:25 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Albarado was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, EVADING ARREST DETENTION, GJI* UNAUTH ABSENCE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS FACILITY, and WALKING WITH THE FLOW OF TRAFFIC at 6:19 p.m. Albarado’s bond has been set at $1,764.00.
  • Ignacio Garza was arrested for GJI* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, GOB* FLEEING POLICE OFFICER, MISC CPF X9, and MISC FTA X1 at 8:37 p.m. Garza’s bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Julio Correa was arrested for (A) (1) USE OF VISION REDUCING MATTER ON WINDOWS- GLASS COATING, DL1 NO DRIVER LICENSE (WHEN UNLICENSED), and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 10:35 p.m. Correa’s bond has been set at $404.00.
  • John Hernandez was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 10:57 p.m. Hernandez’s bond has been set at $50,000.00.
  • Jonathan Eads was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED/OPEN ALCOHOL CONTAINER at 10:31 p.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Randen Robinson was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:39 p.m. and was released at 7:43 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
  • Jonathan Sanchez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G and POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 4:48 p.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the next day on $10,000.00 bond.
  • Robert Rodriguez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID, DRIVING WHILE LICENSE INVALID X2, FAILURE TO CONTROL SPEED- COLLISION WITH PERSON OR VEHICLE, SUNSCREEN NOT APPROVED BY DPS- SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE, FTA FAILURE TO APPEAR ON, MISC CPF X8, MISC FTA X3, and MISC VPTA X3 at 7:12 p.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the next day on $8,745.00 bond.
  • Mario Molina was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G and MISC CPF X4 at 8:50 p.m. and was released at 2:43 p.m. the next day on $30,000.00 bond.
  • Richard Gale was arrested for DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O/ FIN RES at 11:41 a.m. and was released at 12:43 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Jaden Rios was arrested for UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 1:31 a.m. and was released at 7:28 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Michael Torres was arrested for RECKLESS DRIVING at 2:53 a.m. and was released at 7:13 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
