The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Cindy Hernandez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MISC CPF X2 at 5:12 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Edward Holden was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON at 3:13 a.m. Holden’s bond has been set at $250,000.00.
- Francis Peasant was arrested for COMM* FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE INTENT GIVE FALSE INFO at 11:08 a.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the same day.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 505 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Amanda Saldivar was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 12:07 p.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the same day.
- Tanner Crooks was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 12:54 p.m. and was released at 3:58 p.m. the same day.
- Antonio Enriquez was arrested for RPR* THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 12:36 p.m. and was released at 4:13 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Juan Lopez was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:03 a.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Cindy Hernandez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and MISC CPF X2 at 5:12 p.m. and was released at 7:43 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Levi Clark was arrested for MTR* FORGERY FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT, MTR* FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5, and EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 6:44 p.m. and was released at 9:58 p.m. the same day.
- Nicholas Arrington was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:42 p.m. and was released at 1:13 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Kahlan Dietz was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 11:07 p.m. and was released at 3:43 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Eric Arp was arrested for POSS/DEL PARAPHERNALIA at 9:15 p.m. and was released at 5:13 a.m. the next day on $662.00 bond.
- Krystiana Ratcliffe was arrested for THEFT CLASS C and MISC FTA at 7:34 p.m. and was released at 5:43 a.m. the next day on $1,490.00 bond.
