Police: 49-Year-Old Man Arrested for Assault of a Minor

ABILENE, TX -- A 49-year-old Abilene man has been arrested for an alleged sexual assault of a child.

According to the Abilene Police Department, James Green was charged with "non-forcible Sexual Assault of a Child Under the age of 17."

APD located Green in northern Abilene and he was questioned by law enforcement.

Green was arrested and transported to the Taylor County Jail. His bond has been set at $20,000 for that charge.
