Possession of Love Nuggets Arrests Top Monday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Daryl Martinez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 3 <28G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 10:59 p.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the next day on $2,662.00 bond.
  • Ashley Gaitan was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, and MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 2:21 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $8,000.00.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 496 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Monday, March 22, 2021:

  • Aaron Moreno was arrested for MTR* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 11:33 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Aaron Carrillo was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, *GJI* EVADING ARREST DET W/VEH, POSSESSION/DELIVERY DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FAILURE TO APPEAR ON COURT DATE at 1:47 p.m. Carrillo’s bond has been set at $2,708.00.
  • Ashley Gaitan was arrested for THEFT PROP <$2,500 2/MORE PREV CONV, FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE, and MISC US MARSHAL HOLD at 2:21 p.m. Gaitan’s bond has been set at $8,000.00.
  • Sammy Mendoza was arrested for THEFT OF SERVICE, POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 2:54 p.m. Mendoza’s bond has been set at $9,606.00.
  • Edwin Flott was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 6:29 p.m. Flott’s bond has been set at $462.00.
  • Raquel Padilla was arrested for MISC CONTEMPT OF COURT, MISC CPF X6, and MISC FTA at 10:53 p.m. Padilla’s bond has been set at $852.00.
  • Tavonte Williams was arrested for *GOB* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, RECKLESS DRIVING, and DRIVING W/LIC INV W/PREV CONV/SUSP/W/O/FIN RES at 11:43 p.m. Williams’ bond has been set at $5,200.00.
  • Christopher Burney was arrested for MISC CPF x10 at 11:59 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kedrick Brown was arrested for MISC CPF X1 at 2:25 a.m. and was released at 4:28 a.m. the same day.
  • Jermon Johnson was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:29 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $2,500.00 bond.
  • Matthew Kandl was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND at 8:44 a.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Jeremy Sanchez was arrested for EVADING ARREST DETENTION at 10:40 a.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • Daniel Carrasco was arrested for *GJI* ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 10:47 a.m. and was released at 1:28 p.m. the same day.
  • Daryl Martinez was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 3 <28G, POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 10:59 p.m. and was released at 11:28 a.m. the next day on $2,662.00 bond.
