Sara Evans, an attorney from the district attorney's office, presented evidence to the grand jury in the 51st district court that accused Orosco of obtaining a nude photo of a woman he knew and spreading it without her permission.
Along with the photo, Orosco sent out a video of the woman engaging in sexual contact to a person the woman knew. The indictment states that the woman had reasonable expectation of privacy that the visual material would remain private.
It continued by stating that the video and photo, that were sent on Nov. 30, were sent to embarrass, harass, and offend the woman.
A warrant for the arrest of Orosco was issued on Mar. 10. Seven days later he was booked into the Tom Green County Detention Facility.
The following day, on Mar. 18, another charge was added to Orosco's booking sheet. This charge is for a warrant out of Hays County for Sexual Assault. His bond raised from $15,000 to $50,000 and he still remains in the the TGCDF as of Thursday morning.
