BIG SPRING,TX – Big Spring police have made an arrest in a murder that occurred early last week.
Anselmo Vincente Rangel ,24, has been arrested for the shooting death of Casey Brackett.
On March 8th, around 9:00 o’clock at night, Big Spring PD responded to 18th St. and Austin St. for a gunshot victim and found Brackett inside a vehicle on the side of the road.
Brackett was rushed to Scenic Mountain Medical Center but was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
