Violent Fugitive Capital Murder Suspect Driving Victim's Truck

 

WICHITA FALLS, TX – At the request of the Graham Police Department, the Texas Rangers have been requested to assist with capital murder investigation.  The suspect is armed and dangerous and on the run.  

Investigators have identified Brett “Bubba” Lippert, age 37 from Fredericksburg, as a suspect in the murder of a 49-year-old male.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, on February 28, 2021, the Graham Police Department located the deceased victim inside a residence after receiving a burglary call.

It is believed, Lippert left the scene in the victim’s vehicle, a 2002 White GMC Sierra Crew Cab pickup with Texas license plate MPC9810. 

A capital murder warrant has been issued for Brett Lippert and he should be considered armed and dangerous. Do not approach this individual.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
