SAPD: Searching for Fugitive Drug Dealer

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department is asking the public's help to locate 31-year-old Stephen Ybarra.

Ybarra has warrants of arrest for Manufacture Delivery Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance PG1.

The suspect is described as being 5'07" and 200 lbs. He has black hair, brown eyes, and multiple tattoos.

San Angelo Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for any information that can lead to Ybarra's arrest.

Citizens can submit a tip by downloading the P3 Tips App or by contacting the San Angelo Crime Stoppers 24/7 Anonymous Tip Hotline at (325) 658-HELP (4357).

SAPD reminds citizens to NEVER attempt to apprehend suspects themselves as doing so may be dangerous.
