The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- Amador Fernandez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:25 p.m. and bond has been set.
- Tara Roberts was arrested for SALE/DISTR/DISPLAY HARMFUL MATERIALS TO MINOR at 3:27 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Alicia Darling was arrested for SALE TO A CERTAIN PERSON at 4:22 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 455 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Tuesday morning.

- Timothy Benson was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSS CS PG 1 <1G, and RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT at 2:18 a.m. Benson’s bond has been set at $15,500.00.
- Amador Fernandez was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 3:25 p.m. and bond has been set.
- Anna Bonilla was arrested for MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 9:30 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jacob Hernandez was arrested for CPF* POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 12:03 p.m. and was released at 1:43 p.m. the same day.
- Wendy Martinez was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750 at 12:04 p.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Cinnamon Parker was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 12:31 p.m. and was released at 3:13 p.m. the same day.
- Tara Roberts was arrested for SALE/DISTR/DISPLAY HARMFUL MATERIALS TO MINOR at 3:27 p.m. and was released at 4:28 p.m. the same day.
- Steven Rocha was arrested for COMM* SILENT ABUSIVE CALL/ELECTR COMM TO 911 SERVICE, COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 2ND, and COMM* INTERFER W/PUBLIC DUTIES at 3:03 p.m. and was released at 4:43 p.m. the same day.
- Diana Lara was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 3:40 p.m. and was released at 5:58 p.m. the same day.
- Alicia Darling was arrested for SALE TO A CERTAIN PERSON at 4:22 p.m. and was released at 6:58 p.m. the same day.
- Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 2:50 a.m. and was released at 7:13 p.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
- Rick Waddell was arrested for COMM* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED at 4:48 p.m. and was released at 7:28 p.m. the same day.
- Alexander King was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 9:47 p.m. and was released at 11:58 p.m. the same day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Danny Hicks was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 5:08 p.m. and was released at 9:58 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Robert Bonner was arrested for CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 10:26 p.m. and was released at 10:28 a.m. the next day on $500.00 bond.
- Fawn Maestas was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 <1G st 4:52 p.m. and was released at 10:43 a.m. the next day on $11,000.00 bond.
