Arson Suspect Arrested in Horrific Apartment Complex Fire

ABILENE, TX – Early Sunday morning an apartment complex in Abilene went up in flames and according to officials it was intentional.

The fire at the Briarwood Apartments started around 6:15 a.m. and caused a vast amount of damage.

The Abilene Police Department has confirmed 31-year-old Kevin Earl Spurlock was arrested and chraged with arson and terror threat of family or household.
