Theft of a Firearm and Family Violence Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Ricardo Balderas was arrested for VOP* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MTR* POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, and VOP* UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 5:29 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • David Hampton was arrested for THEFT OF FIREARM at 1:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Kasea Woodward was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC FTA X2 at 2:25 a.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day on $3716.00 bond.

Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 465 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday, February 2, 2021:

  • Heather Brown was arrested for THEFT CLASS C, GOB* CRIMINAL TRESPASS, and MISC FTA X1 at 3:42 a.m. Brown’s bond has been set at $946.00.
  • Rebecca Bricken was arrested for POSS CS PG 1 <1G, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, and MISC FTA X2 at 5:35 a.m. Bricken’s bond has been set at $11,766.00.
  • Jacobi Reynolds was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G and GOB* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G at 10:11 a.m. and no bond has been set.
  • David Hampton was arrested for THEFT OF FIREARM at 1:16 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Emanuel Williams was arrested for BENCH WARRANT at 2:49 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Adam Martinez was arrested for CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE and MISC CPF X3 at 3:24 p.m. Martinez’s bond has been set at $7,500.00.
  • Bernardo Davila was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC ICE HOLD at 5:11 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Ricardo Balderas was arrested for VOP* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, MTR* POSS MARIJ >4OZ<=5LBS, MTR* POSS CS PG 1 >=1G<4G, and VOP* UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 5:29 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Michael Hoy was arrested for MISC CPF X6, MISC NO DRIVER LICENSE, MISC SPEEDING-10% or over 67 MPH IN A 55 ZONE, and MIS VPTA X2 at 5:54 p.m. Hoy’s bond has been set at $2,292.00.
  • Robert Byely was arrested for MISC CPF X7 and MISC FTA at 8:23 p.m. Byerly’s bond has been set at $502.00.
  • Jose Monlina-Salinas was arrested for FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS <5 at 9:49 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Olen McClain was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 11:17 p.m. McClain’s bond has been set at $15,000.00.
  • Kasea Woodward was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and MISC FTA X2 at 2:25 a.m. and was released at 5:13 p.m. the same day on $3716.00 bond.
  • Manuel Tanguma was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 8:18 p.m. and was released at 9:28 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
