The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.
- James Porter was arrested for AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON, MISC CPF X4, MISC FTA X5,MISC NO LICENSE PLATE ON FRONT/REAR, MISC NO PROOF OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, MISC NO/EXPIRED VEHICLE REGISTRATION ON MOTORCYCLE, and MISC VPTA X4 at 11:19 a.m. Porter’s bond has been set at $6,224.00.
- Matthew Dominguez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1<1G and POSS CS PG 3<28G at 9:42 p.m. Dominguez’s bond has been set at $11,000.00.
- Jozef Arnett was arrested for VOB* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and THEFT CLASS C at 7:40 p.m. Arnett’s bond has been set at $20,444.00.
Out of the 556 beds available, there are currently 452 in use by inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

- Cody Adams was arrested for MISC CPF X2 and MISC FTA X1 at 3:21 p.m. Adams’ bond has been set at $502.00.
- Henry Flores-Portillo was arrested for MISC BORDER PATROL HOLD at 5:20 p.m.and no bond has been set.
- Montie Fisher was arrested for MAN DEL CS PG 1>=4G<200G at 5:20 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Santiago Villegas was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 7:21 p.m. Villegas’ bond has been set at $462.00.
- Patrick Curry was arrested for MTR* DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED 3RD OR MORE at 7:23 p.m. and no bond has been set.
- Jozef Arnett was arrested for VOB* AGG ASSAULT W/DEADLY WEAPON and THEFT CLASS C at 7:40 p.m. Arnett’s bond has been set at $20,444.00.
- Jeramy Larralde was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 8:46 p.m. Larralde’s bond has been set at $2,500.00.
- Matthew Dominguez was arrested for POSS CS PG 1<1G and POSS CS PG 3<28G at 9:42 p.m. Dominguez’s bond has been set at $11,000.0
- Jordan Ross was arrested for POSS CS PG 2>=4G<400G at 11:43 p.m. Ross’ bond has been set at $15,000.00.
- Stacy Harrington was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 5:29 p.m. and was released at 7:43 a.m. the next day on $1,500.00 bond.
- Jesus Deanda was arrested for MISC CPF X2 and MISC FTA X1 at 8:56 p.m. and was released at 8:43 a.m. the next day on $502.00 bond.
- Anthony Justice was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 10:50 p.m. and was released at 8:58 a.m. the next day on $1,000.00 bond.
- Lilianna Deller was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS C-FV at 10:14 p.m. and was released at 11:13 a.m. the next day on $512.00 bond.
