WANTED: Curtis Mosby Continues to Run From the Law

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Police Department is currently searching for Curtis Mosby.

According to the SAPD, on Jan. 22, Curtis Mosby III has a Felony Warrant of Arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1.

According to Mosby, the warrant for his arrest was issued on January 19 and he was picked up January 22. He said he was not running from the law, and had not been notified of the indictment. According to court records, the indictment was filed at the Tom Green County Courthouse on January 7 at 5:07 p.m. He posted bail in the amount of $5,000 on January 22. He is accused of possession of less than 1 gram of cocaine.
