ABILENE, TX -- A 19-year-old Abilene man has been indicted after he uploaded a sexual video for his e-girlfriend on a porn site. This is largely known as posting "revenge porn."
According to court documents, Michael Harter uploaded the video and included the victim's full name and the words "Abilene, TX."
The victim provided law enforcement with screenshots of the video that "clearly show" her face and exposed breasts.
According to the victim, the video was posted not long after she broke up with Harter. She said he was upset with the breakup.
After he was interviewed by police, Harter admitted to posting the video.
Harter has been indicted with unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material.
