FBI Searching For Man Involved In Murder of Capitol Police Officer

 

WASHINGTON D.C. – The U.S. Capitol Police Department has released images of a man wanted in connection to the death of Officer Brian Sicknick.

The preliminary investigation links the officer's death with him being hit in the head with a fire extinguisher during the attack.

The man is described as an older white male with a beard and is seen wearing a blue knit cap with the letters "CFD."

Anyone with information regarding his identity and location is asked to contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
