Jazz Cabbage Possession and Theft Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • David Gandar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:23 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
  • Corey Eggenberger was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750, POSS CS PG 1 >= 1G<4G, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:35 p.m. His bond has been set at $11,000.00.
  • Melanie Varela was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >= 1G<4G at 12:41 a.m. Her bond has been set at $10,000.00.

Out of the 556 beds available in the jail, there are currently 426 in use by inmates in TGCDF as of Wednesday morning.

    The following individuals were booked into the TGCDF on Tuesday December 15, 2020:

    • Russell Call was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 11:15 a.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
    • David Martinez was arrested for ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and ASSAULT FAMILY/HOUSEHOLD MEMBER W/PREV CONV at 9:11 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
    • Corey Eggenberger was arrested for THEFT PROP >= $100<$750, POSS CS PG 1 >= 1G<4G, and CRIMINAL TRESPASS at 9:35 p.m. His bond has been set at $11,000.00.
    • Linda Burrows was arrested for ASSAULT CLASS-C FAMILY VIOLENCE, GOB*UNAUTH USE OF VEHICLE, GOB*POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, GOB*POSS CS PG 1 < 1G, and MISC FTA at 10:22 p.m. Her bond has been set at $2,538.00.
    • David Gandar was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 1:23 a.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
    • Melanie Varela was arrested for POSS CS PG 2 >= 1G<4G at 12:41 a.m. Her bond has been set at $10,000.00.
    • Brian Crawford was arrested for MISC CPF X2 at 5:16 p.m. His bond has not been set at this time. 
    • Mason Kelly was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ at 9:21 p.m. His bond has been set at $1,000.00.
