Duo Charged In Odessa Murder

 

ODESSA, TX -- Two suspects have been arrested in connection to a murder in Odessa.

According to the Odessa Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 4300 block of North Dixie in response to a stabbing victim just after midnight on Sunday.

When OPD and Odessa Fire Rescue responded to the scene they located a 35-year-old wounded male. 

The victim was transported to a local hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

The subsequent investigation revealed that 31-year-old Joseph Grondahl stabbed the victim and fled the scene.

Police obtained a murder warrant for Grondahl and a hindering apprehension or prosecution warrant for 38-year-old Natalee Lassiter.

Grondahl and Lassiter were arrested and transported to the  Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
